Dull wing shadows

The wings are not very vibrant in the shadow. I’m not impressed.

Our butterfly wing shapemarks are made to be translucent, which is intentionally different from our opaque bookmarks. Because light passes through the wings, their colors appear most vibrant when viewed against a light background or when light shines through them. Much like stained glass, the effect is dependent on lighting, so the colors will naturally appear more subtle in darker or shadowed settings.

If you're looking for a bold, solid-color bookmark that remains equally vibrant in all lighting conditions, a translucent design may not be the best fit. We have many opaque designs available, including our iridescent butterfly wing.

Laminated Paper… waste of money

Learn from my mistake!!! I opened the package up today and just laughed and threw it away. It’s literally laminated paper. I was actually excited to gift this to my grandma but she would probably mistake this as trash as quickly as I did. This is exactly why I don’t buy off stupid ads. Wish I kept it just to show you how dumb it was.

For the benefit of future customers, we'd like to clarify that this bookmark is not laminated paper. Our butterfly wing shapemarks are laser-cut from 1/32'' acrylic which is approximately the thickness of a standard credit card.

We understand that the product did not meet this customer's expectations, but the material, dimensions, and product photos are accurately represented in the listing.

Beautiful product

I ordered 4 different colors of the Butterfly Wing Shapemarks. Each one is more beautiful than the last. I ordered blue, purple, orange and rainbow. I know rainbow is my favorite and will get a lot of use. Thank you for offering such a quality product.
